1. Discovery Call
We start with a free 30-minute call to discuss your project, goals, and timeline. This is a no-pressure conversation to see if we’re a good fit.
2. Proposal & Agreement
If we decide to move forward, I’ll send you a detailed proposal outlining the scope, timeline, deliverables, and investment. Once you approve, we’ll sign a simple agreement and you’ll pay a 50% deposit to get started.
3. Collaboration
We work together through structured phases with regular check-ins. For ebook projects, this typically includes: strategy session, outline approval, draft reviews, and final edits. You’ll never be left wondering where we are in the process.
4. Delivery
You receive your polished, publication-ready content along with guidance on next steps (formatting, cover design, publishing platforms, etc.).

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For projects over $2,000, I offer payment plans with 50% due at the start and 50% upon completion. For larger projects, we can discuss milestone-based payments. All payment terms are outlined in your proposal before we begin.
What if I need content design or graphics?
I focus on the writing and content strategy. However, I can provide formatting guidance and connect you with trusted designers for covers, interior layout, workbook design, and graphics. Many of my clients use Canva for simple layouts, which I’m happy to guide you through.
